Enso Massage Therapy values the time and commitment of all clients. To ensure fair scheduling and availability, the following cancellation policy applies:

• 24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund of the deposit.
   
• Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid.
   
• No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
   

This policy helps maintain availability for all clients and ensures the best possible service. For rescheduling or cancellations, please reach out as soon as possible.

Same-day cancellations will result in a loss deposit fee. However, these appointments may be rescheduled once to a later date, with the original deposit held and applied to the new booking.
